ENT Graphic Designer

What you get to do:

  • Assist with planning, construction and installation of elements designed.
  • Render drawings, illustrations, model design concepts, and present for approval.
  • Read and prepare working drawings and/or construction documents including plans, elevations, and color elevations, etc. of scenery, signs, and properties to be constructed.
  • Create full size print ready art for production of signs or printed elements.
  • Meets assigned deadlines for each phase of a project and keeps supervisor informed of changes to the deadline.
  • Work in the sign shop laying vinyl, prepping substrates, running printers, and fabricating signs and printed elements.
  • Install signage and print elements throughout parks.
  • Attend or coordinate production meetings, as needed.
  • Develops and follows style guides and DNA sheets as a brand steward.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.


What it takes to succeed:

  • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and Acrobat Professional.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on a PC and Mac.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well on a team and accept feedback from others.
  • Be comfortable working under deadline situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, late evenings to support tasks.
  • Ability to positively interact with park guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language and individuals with special needs.


What else is important:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year or more of experience in sign design, graphic design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat
  • Work regularly Monday through Friday but with flexibility based on business need to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting, and reporting of unsafe situations.

Compensation: $17.25 per hour
