At CloudOne Digital, we unite leading brands like Liquid Web and Servers.com to deliver exceptional digital experiences. We’re looking for an Enterprise Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead full-cycle B2B marketing efforts, owning strategy and execution across acquisition, expansion, and retention.
In this role, you’ll convert prospects into customers, increase ARPU through targeted upsell and cross-sell plays, and reduce churn across key ICPs. You’ll collaborate with paid media, SEO, product marketing, and creative teams to deliver automated journeys and AI-driven campaigns that directly fuel revenue growth
This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a pay range of $110K - $130K annually.
Strategy & Planning
Assist in the development of Enterprise ICP-specific lifecycle strategies for email, SMS, and proactive live chat that align with the broader volumetric growth plan.
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with product positioning and upgrade paths.
Segmentation & Audience Targeting
Develop and manage audience segments for each Enterprise ICP, tailoring content, offers, and CTAs accordingly.
Ensure data hygiene, list maintenance, and integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM.
Campaign Development & Execution
Build, launch, and manage automated and ad hoc campaigns across email, SMS, and proactive live chat.
Deploy proactive AI live chat triggers tied to ICP behaviors and lifecycle stages.
Optimization & Performance
Monitor and improve lifecycle KPIs including Net-New MRR, expansion MRR, attach rate of add-ons, churn rate, and NRR.
Conduct A/B tests on messaging, offers, and timing to maximize conversion and retention rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Paid Media, SEO, and Content teams to align top-of-funnel acquisition efforts with lifecycle messaging.
Coordinate with BI for customer segmentation, reporting, and journey performance insights.
5+ years in B2B lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (SaaS, hosting, or ecommerce experience preferred).
Strong collaboration skills for working across marketing, product, and creative teams.
