Overview
- We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through targeted cold email outreach. You will play a critical role in building our enterprise pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute cold email sequences to engage prospects.
- Personalize outreach at scale to maximize open and reply rates.
- Research accounts and contacts to ensure high-quality targeting.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain activity metrics (emails sent, responses, meetings booked).
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on messaging and campaigns.
- Update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, SDR, or BDR role (enterprise experience preferred).
- Strong written communication skills and ability to craft persuasive messaging.
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by hitting targets.
- Bonus Skills
- Experience selling into IT, SaaS, or professional services markets.
- Knowledge of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder sale
- Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics for cold email campaigns.

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
