We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team. As a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you will enter, update, review, and maintain operational data across internal systems. Your work will help ensure reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and operational clarity.

You will play an important role in maintaining clean and accurate administrative datasets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into internal databases and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel)
- Updating existing records to reflect new or corrected information
- Reviewing entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy
- Identifying duplicate records, missing fields, or inconsistencies
- Maintaining organized folder structures and file naming conventions
- Logging updates and corrections made
- Ensuring data integrity is critical to operational reliability
