ERP Programmer / Developer

We are seeking a Senior Odoo Specialist with strong accounting expertise to design, customize, and implement a fully customized Odoo ERP system for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation and customization

Migrate accounting data from Manager.io to Odoo Accounting

Customize core Odoo modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory

Configure Accounting & VAT compliance and financial reporting

Develop custom modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards

Handle system integration, data migration, and performance optimization

Provide technical support, documentation, and user training

Requirements:

5+ years experience with Odoo implementation & customization

Strong knowledge of Odoo Accounting & ERP workflows

Hands-on experience with Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo framework

Proven ability to build custom Odoo solutions from business requirements

Experience with on-premise or Odoo.sh deployment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
