Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer for our Interior Fit-Out Division. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in UAE fit-out projects, including commercial, retail, and residential interiors. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for interior fit-out projects
• Study drawings, specifications
• Analyze labor, material, and subcontractor costs based on UAE market rates
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing
• Request, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Assist in value engineering, and cost optimization
• Track revisions, variations, and cost changes
• Maintain cost databases and historical project records
• Support management with pricing strategies and project feasibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field
• 1–2 years UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, MEP coordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Familiar with UAE suppliers, subcontractors, and market rates
• Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
