Estimator

We are seeking an Estimator (Fit-out) who can manages the complete cost estimation process once a project is awarded. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in the fit-out residential and joinery field, with the ability to prepare BOQs, detailed costing, and accurate pricing based on project drawings and specifications. The role requires a professional who can evaluate project requirements, control costs, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality and compliance with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Study and analyze the full tender documents/package

· Prepare quantity take-off from drawings & specifications (pre-contract and post-contract)

· Conducting a site visit

· Attending pre and post tender meetings and sending tender queries for clients clarification

· Responsible for close coordination with other company departments such as Design, Finance, Engineering, and Project teams

· Prepare the subcontractor/supplier bid packages from tender documents and floating inquiries to collect quotations and prepare comparison statements

· Prepare tender deliverables (technical and commercial), Offer letters, BOQ's and contract conditions, sub-contract Agreements and Variation orders, as well as checking and certification of subcontractor invoices

· Provide Control at all stages of the project within predetermined budget and expenditure

· Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate with contractors and suppliers

· Identify costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

· Coordinate with client consultant team and identify contractors variation claims in the project (additions and savings) as per the drawings, specifications, and ongoing de-snagging works

Experience: 3 - 5 years experience in Interior Fit-out Company

Qualification: Civil Engineering Graduates/PG

Salary Range: 6K - 8K
