Key Responsibilities
- Fit out estimation experience needed.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment.
- Conduct quantity take-offs using engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Analyze project risks, constraints, and cost impacts.
- Prepare technical proposals, PQ for tenders.
- Maintain updated cost databases for materials, equipment, and labor rates.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and teams to ensure estimate accuracy.
- Participate in value engineering to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
- Prepare comparison sheets, cost summaries, and tender clarifications.
- Assist in post‑tender activities such as budget preparation and cost control.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, or related engineering field.
- Strong knowledge of estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel,).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience in tendering, cost estimation, and project planning.
