Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:-

• Estimation & Tendering Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material take-offs.
• Analyze project scope and identify cost risks and opportunities.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget.
• Track variations, change orders, and claims.
• Measure completed work for interim payments.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
