Ethics & Compliance Lawyer - 6 month initial assignment

We’re seeking an experienced Ethics & Compliance Lawyer to provide interim support to a well-established in-house legal and compliance team within a major UAE based organisation operating across multiple international markets.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the Ethics & Compliance function across both Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.
• Providing day-to-day guidance on compliance, ethics, AML, anti-bribery, and whistleblowing matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and updating global compliance and ethics policies.
• Assisting with internal training sessions and awareness programmes.
• Offering practical, risk-based advice to internal stakeholders on compliance and conduct-related issues.

Ideal Profile:

• 5-8 years PQE admitted in a major international jurisdiction.
• Experience with ethics, AML, anti-bribery, and global compliance frameworks
• Strong written and communication skills; able to advise clearly and pragmatically
• Based in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) and able to work on-site.
• Available immediately.
