In testing and quality assurance at PwC, you will focus on the process of evaluating a system or software application to identify any defects, errors, or gaps in its functionality. Working in this area, you will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets the specified requirements and performs as expected.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium

• Perform functional and regression testing on ServiceNow modules and workflows

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for ServiceNow implementations

• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and stakeholders to validate business requirements

- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth test execution - Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• 7–13 years of software testing experience with a focus on test automation

• Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM)

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and configurations

• Experience with REST API testing and data validation in ServiceNow

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/TestRail

Preferable to have:

• ISTQB or other testing certifications

• Knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow

• Experience working in DevOps environments using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
