Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end corporate awards events
• Develop event concepts, timelines, and production plans
• Manage vendors (venue, catering, AV, production)
• Oversee event budgets and cost control
• Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead event setup, rehearsals, and live show execution
• Ensure seamless guest and VIP experience
• Handle on-site problem-solving during live events
