Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute music and entertainment events
• Manage event logistics including venues, equipment, and schedules
• Book and coordinate artists, performers, and technical teams
• Oversee event budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations
• Ensure smooth event operations from setup to completion
• Promote events through marketing and coordination with teams
• Handle on-site event management and live troubleshooting
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, and partners
