Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients from various sectors including corporates, brands, event organizers, and exhibition participants.
- Visit industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network and build a pipeline of leads.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person visits to generate new business.
Agency Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with marketing, PR, and event agencies.
- Build a strong network of agency contacts to secure ongoing project collaborations.
Site & Event Visits
- Conduct regular site visits to exhibition centers, venues, and client offices.
- Attend ongoing events to observe trends, scout for prospects, and identify decision-makers.
- Gather client requirements on-site and coordinate with the Account managers.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of leads, client meetings, and follow-ups using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activity, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the exhibitions, events, or stand building companies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork, including frequent site and event visits
- Knowledge of the regional exhibitions and events market is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is a must
