Events & Exhibitions Production Manager

The Events & Exhibitions Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, conferences, and experiential activations from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and execution of events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee staging, fabrication, branding, logistics, and venue operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Supervise installation and dismantling activities on-site.
• Handle event timelines, production schedules, and operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with venue regulations and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in events, exhibitions, or production management.
• Experience managing large-scale exhibitions or corporate events preferred.
• Strong understanding of staging, fabrication, and venue operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Qatar driving license is preferred.
