Job Title: Production Manager – Aluminum Cookware
Job Summary:
The Production Manager – Aluminum Cookware is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all manufacturing activities related to aluminum cookware production. This role ensures efficient production operations, consistent product quality, cost control, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. The Production Manager leads production teams, optimizes manufacturing processes such as aluminum forming, casting, polishing, coating, and assembly, and works closely with quality, maintenance, procurement, and supply chain departments to achieve operational targets and continuous improvement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resources.
- Quality Control & Assurance: Ensure all household utensils meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall production performance.
- Team Leadership & Training: Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor raw material usage, control expenses, and optimize inventory levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Management (preferred).
- Proven experience in household utensils production or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
