Job Title: Events Manager – Restaurant

Location: 3Fils Abu Dhabi

Reports To: General Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
The Events Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all events and private functions hosted at the restaurant. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and excellent communication to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events, including private parties, corporate functions, tastings, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen, service team, and management to design menus, themes, and service flow for events.
  • Manage event budgets, including negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, decorations, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and staffing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Promote events through in-house marketing, social media, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including feedback, financial outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Train and supervise event staff, including servers, hosts, and coordinators, to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality settings.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
