Execution & Delivery Engineer (Technology Projects)

Role Introduction

A hands-on Execution & Delivery Engineer will be responsible for flawless delivery and client success. You will be the focal point between the organization and the client once a project or contract is awarded—leading execution, mobilizing resources, ensuring on-time delivery, and strengthening client relationships to support business growth.

Requirements

• Own the full lifecycle of project execution: kickoff, planning, mobilization, tracking, delivery, and closure.
• Act as the primary client interface post-award, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and smooth engagement.
• Deliver multiple concurrent projects across cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate across functions (technical, operations, finance) to mobilize and direct teams and vendors.
• Maintain daily oversight of execution activities—anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure all documentation, reporting, and communication meet DBS and client standards.
• Drive contract compliance, HSE/QHSE alignment, and secure timely sign-offs.
• Support repeat business and account development through effective client and partner engagement.
• Provide feedback to leadership on execution trends, client behaviors, and process improvements.
• Assist presales and business development when required—site visits, technical discussions, or execution strategy input.

Specifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Engineering, or Business with technical exposure.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in IT/Technology project execution and delivery.
• Strong multitasking ability, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mandatory GCC/Oman experience with understanding of local regulations, clients, and business culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs550,000.00 per month
