IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Be responsible to manage and oversee all field operations for the LTR wireline network, including work assignment and supervision of field staff, preparation of battery requirements, and ensuring end-to-end wireline network availability. The role is accountable for maintaining 100% network availability, with hardware and power availability on the wireline network as key performance indicators.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage NMS and transmission operations to ensure wireline network availability of at least 99.90%.
• Lead and execute CAPEX and OPEX optimization initiatives to reduce power, operational, and cooling costs by identifying and sparing redundant or high-loss network elements within the LTR network.
• Monitor and report indoor and outdoor network element alarms, with a 15-minute threshold KPI to ensure team efficiency through 24/7 monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with hardware and power outage KPIs for LTR network elements, including a minimum 4-hour threshold for partial outages and a minimum 2-hour threshold for full outages, with a 10-minute threshold for hybrid, aggregation, and GPON OLTs.
• Perform fault analysis and coordinate fault rectification with NMS teams and vendors, maintaining adequate inventory to ensure timely resolution within defined thresholds for LTR network elements.
• Conduct regular health checks of the OFAN network, ensuring proper preventive maintenance activities, with defined thresholds of 30 days for outdoor and 3 months for indoor network elements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
