About the Division:


Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited , the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?


Purpose:

This role focuses on resolving customer complaints in the shortest possible time while driving spare parts and lubricant sales across the Lahore region, covering 24 3S dealerships. The incumbent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service with a strong commercial mindset , fostering long-term customer relationships and ultimately contributing to repeat purchase of AGTL products in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and warranty claims , driving improved customer satisfaction across the Lahore region.
  • Conduct regular field visits and dealer engagement to gather feedback, monitor service quality, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Analyze field complaints and recurring technical issues , preparing actionable reports and sharing product quality insights with management.
  • Drive spare parts and lubricant sales through dealer networks, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Perform dealership and workshop audits , implementing improvement plans and service campaigns to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage warranty parts planning and inventory control , ensuring timely availability, accurate stock management, and compliance with Al-Futtaim standards, while supporting network expansion.


Education:

Master’s or Bachelors in Business Administration/ Operations Management/BS Agricultural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics from HEC recognized University.


Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates with strong academic background and internship experience encouraged to apply).
  • Exposure to automotive, heavy equipment, or manufacturing industries preferred


Job-Specific Skills:

  • Understanding of service business, aftersales operations and spare parts business in Pakistan.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
