We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication Management: Draft, review, and respond to emails, correspondence, and reports on behalf of executives. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Project Assistance: Support in project management, research, data collection, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Confidential Management: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Operational Efficiency: Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity. Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact between executives, clients, partners, and internal teams. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records, reports, and presentations as required. Travel & Event Coordination: Arrange logistics for business trips, conferences, and corporate events.
