POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant at Wright Construction Group provides high-level administrative and organizational
support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership. This role is responsible for managing priorities,
coordinating communication, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership-driven initiatives across the
organization. This position is well-suited for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced
construction environment and enjoys enabling executive effectiveness, operational alignment, and clear communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive & Administrative Support

Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling internal meetings, client engagements, site visits, and leadership sessions

Coordinate travel logistics, meeting materials, and expense reporting

Draft, edit, and distribute executive-level correspondence, reports, and communications
-
Monitor incoming requests, prioritize action items, and ensure timely follow-up on behalf of leadership
Leadership & Organizational Coordination

Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and corporate functions

Assist with leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, documentation, and tracking next steps

Support coordination across operations, estimating, finance, and corporate teams

Facilitate clear communication to support execution of leadership decisions
Business Operations & Project Support

Provide administrative and coordination support for strategic initiatives and operational priorities

Assist with preparation for internal reviews, client presentations, and executive updates
-
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to executive activities
-
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
Confidentiality & Professional Judgment

Handle sensitive company, client, and personnel information with discretion

Exercise independent judgment in managing shifting priorities and ambiguous situations

Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional supporting executive leadership
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Ability to work on-site in a project-driven, fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in construction, engineering, or another project-based industry

Experience supporting leadership in a growing or mid-size organization

Familiarity with project workflows, vendor coordination, or operational support
