Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Work Hours: Night Shift, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides critical support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership by delivering high-level administrative, organizational, and project coordination services. This role is key to ensuring efficient daily operations, effective communication, and timely execution of management priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO and leadership team, including managing correspondence, calls, and meetings.
  • Calendar & Scheduling: Plan, organize, and oversee calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Documentation: Draft, review, and maintain reports, presentations, and official records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure clear and timely information flow.
  • Project Coordination: Support planning, tracking, and execution of projects to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, record detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and execute multiple tasks to align with executive goals.
  • Logistics: Manage logistics related to the CEO’s professional activities and commitments.
  • Process Efficiency: Streamline workflows and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CEO or senior leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and scheduling tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and precision in work.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.

Preferred Attributes

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience within a similar industry is a plus.
