Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.

Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires strong coordination, discretion, time management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and MOMs
  • Handle email communication and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
  • Assist in planning meetings, events, and business reviews
  • Organize documents, records, and files (digital & physical)
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Experience working directly with CXOs or senior management
  • Basic understanding of business operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
