Executive Assistant to Senior Manager, Business Operations

Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber professional to serve as the strategic shadow and right hand to our Senior Manager of Business Operations and Delivery. In this high-visibility role, you will work closely with leadership (including the CEO, COO, and CMO) to remove organizational bottlenecks and maintain operational audit and oversight.
This is not a traditional secretarial role. You will act as an operational force multiplier, managing critical administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Shadowing & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Senior Manager and other department heads to track action items and ensure organizational alignment.
  • System & Tool Administration: Maintain, update, and manage CRM systems, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com), and internal dashboards.
  • Documentation & Research: Conduct market research, synthesize data, and draft high-quality business documents, reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Communication Management: Oversee and filter executive email correspondence, draft official communications, and manage critical meeting schedules.
  • Operational Oversight: Assist in monitoring cross-departmental workflows, identifying operational bottlenecks, and supporting internal compliance audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier, reputable university (e.g., LUMS, LSE, or equivalent).
  • Tech Savviness: "absolutely abreast with modern trends to harness maximum intelligence from AI"
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and advanced document-authoring capabilities.
  • Organization: Superior time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, Google Project Management), AI prompt engineering, or Business Administration are highly preferred.

Job Details & Benefits

  • Location: In-office (DHA Phase 8, Ex-Parkview, Lahore).
  • Work Hours (US Eastern Time): 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST (Local Pakistan Time: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM PKT), Monday through Friday.
