Executive - B2B Fleet Operations

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), an integrated energy conglomerate, is a Joint Venture between Government of Pakistan and Emirate of Abu Dhabi. PARCO owns and operates Pakistan’s most modern refinery, over 2,000 kms of pipeline network, strategic storage facilities and marketing operations. PARCO is seeking applications for the position of Executive – Fleet B2B Operations for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd . PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in a relevant field, minimum 04 years of experience in managing fleet operations, preferably within B2B distribution operations for an oil and gas company.
• Proficiency in SAP or other Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HSE protocols and regulatory requirements, including OGRA, DoE, and NHA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily B2B supply orders to customers, optimizing vehicle utilization within approved budgets to achieve 100% on-time delivery as per SLA.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline deliveries and prevent delays, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
• Execute daily B2B supply schedules using SAP, ensuring operational efficiency and zero discrepancies between records and actual deliveries.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Journey Management Plans (JMPs) and Route Hazard Assessments (RHAs) to ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Supervise and evaluate driver performance focusing on safety, fuel efficiency, on-time deliveries, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (OGRA, DoE, NHA) and company policies relating to tanker operations.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain fleet readiness.
• Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs, providing timely and accurate performance reports for management.
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture by implementing HSE policies, conducting toolbox talks, monitoring practices, and coordinating audits and compliance reporting.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support operational needs.
