Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service & Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves handling customer queries across India, supporting lead conversions through effective communication, and maintaining data integrity via CRM tools. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle PAN India inbound customer queries via calls and emails.
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow-ups as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving class-related issues and inquiries.
- Share accurate schedules and batch details with customers in a timely manner.
- Support the team with data entry and updating CRM systems.
- Convert inquiries into enrolments through persuasive and customized sales pitches.
- Follow up with warm leads and lapsed enquiries to increase conversions.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrolment and conversion targets.
- Maintain CRM records including lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and share regular reports on lead quality, conversion trends, and feedback.
- Collaborate with management to optimize the sales and customer service process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); strong sentence construction and grammar.
- Ability to converse fluently in Hindi when required.
- Strong telephone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic reporting.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage objections and close sales effectively over the phone.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Open to working overtime or flexible shifts as per business needs (compensated accordingly).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in call center, customer support, or tele-sales roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the education or training industry is desirable.
