Executive Chef (Sialkot Campus)

COTHM Sialkot is seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of international cuisines, strong leadership skills, and the ability to innovate while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design menus with a focus on quality and creativity.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen operations effectively.
• Introduce innovative culinary ideas to enhance student learning and guest experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or institution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
