Executive Coordinator
to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. This role is ideal for a motivated
UAE National
who is looking to grow professionally within a structured and supportive environment. As an Executive Coordinator, you will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring efficient coordination of executive schedules, meetings, communications, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize executive schedules, meetings, and travel

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Draft emails, memos, and other communications

Help plan and coordinate meetings, events, and projects

Collect and organize data to support decision-making

Communicate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of executives

Track tasks and ensure follow-up across departments

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements

UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book
-
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic

Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
