IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Lead team of field staff and technicians to provision new Sales Orders. Maintain NW health by proactively carrying out operation and maintenance activities. Achieve service KPIs target.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Ensure to improve all key performance indicators i.e., MTTP, MTTR & CHI.
  • Extend support to development team in rehab & flash fiber projects & identification of potential areas for MSAG installation / flash fiber deployment.
  • Assist in Rehabilitation planning of business rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network improvement.
  • Achieve assigned complaints (complaint registration, repeated complaints, Denied Complaints) reduction targets.
  • Ensure security and safety of Team, Hand holes, PVC ducts and cables.
  • Protect and safeguard PTCL network during development activities.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • BE/ BS/ BSc. in Electrical/ Power/ Telecom Engineering


Technical Competency:


  • Problem Solving.
  • Service Standard Implementation.
  • Rehabilitation and Technical Planning.
  • Quality and Complaint Management.
