HR Executive manages overseeing hiring, training and performance management, managing employee records and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Overseeing the hiring process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans for employees.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company HR policies, as well as compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, Leaves and performance data.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Crucial for building relationships and addressing employee issues effectively.
  • Organizational & Detail-Oriented: Necessary for managing numerous HR functions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
  • Proactiveness: A proactive approach to improving the workplace and employee experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
