Key Responsibilities :
● HR Operations:
- ○ Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, and offboarding processes.
- ○ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
- ○ Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
- ○ Oversee employee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- ○ Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
● Industrial Relations:
- ○ Foster positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and other stakeholders to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- ○ Negotiate and resolve industrial disputes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- ○ Represent the company in labor negotiations, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.
- ○ Conduct regular meetings with labor representatives to address concerns and improve workplace conditions.
● Compliance and Labor Law:
- ○ Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- ○ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and industry best practices.
- ○ Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- ○ Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
● Employee Engagement and Development:
- ○ Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- ○ Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- ○ Organize and participate in employee welfare activities, events, and initiatives.
● Administrative Duties:
- ○ Oversee the management of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- ○ Ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions, including travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- ○ Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ● 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations and industrial relations within a manufacturing environment.
- ● In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- ● Proven experience in handling employee relations, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- ● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ● Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
