IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Help with Troubleshooting and configurations of South Carrier and Corporate Customers which includes Bandwidth Adjustment, New Deployments (PIB, L2-MPLS/DPLC, L3 MPLS, SIP), Terminations and BGP Configurations.To ensure the closure of IMs, RFIDs and SDIDs over SM Portal. Managing Intl. IPT client and their configurations including BGP establishment. Coordination with field team to support for troubleshooting customer related issues.Maintain daily change request sheet as per SOP.To ensure availability for joint testing against raised SR’s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and configurations of South Carrier and Corporate Customers which includes Bandwidth Adjustments, New Deployments (PIB, L2-MPLS/DPLC, L3 MPLS, SIP), Terminations and BGP Configurations.
• Providing 24/7 support to Corporate and Carrier/SLA customers
• Change activities in the IP Core Network should be documented as per PIB-004, work orders maintained and all changes to be evaluated and vetted by change owner`s supervisor to ensure fault free service to customers.
• Capacity planning all core/ Infrastructure links <75% utilization.
• Managing Intl. IPT client and their configurations including BGP establishment and service verification.

Qualification:

• BS/BE(Electrical/ Electronics)/ BS CS from HEC recognized university.
• Relevant certification like HCIP/CCNP will be an added advantage.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on in IP routing protocols ISIS, BGP, OSPF
• Expert knowledge of IP Core Network
