IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Oversee and ensure the availability and quality of the transport network and optical fiber infrastructure through proactive maintenance, timely fault resolution, and efficient resource management. Implement company policies and SOPs, initiate contingency plans during network failures, and supervise operational tasks and client facilities to enhance service reliability and revenue generation.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage the Network availability of Transport Network Element and Optical fibre media by implementing proactive measures & to ensure fault free communication to the valued customers.
• Manage & resolve the critical Issues/Faults of Fiber Network and submit report to the higher management as & when required. Efficient utilization of available Resources& its timely forecast for procurement.
• Implement the Company Policies as per SOP within the Network Domain.
• Initiate and implement contingency plans in case of OFC, OFS &Transmission system failure.
• Manage the Quality of Operations of Transport Infrastructure as per SOP.
• Supervise the Facilities required & provided through I&I Wing to different Corporate Clients in order to enhance revenue of Company.
• Complete the Different O&M Tasks as per Company’s Policy.
• Implement proactive measures to ensure fault free communication to the valued customers to achieve the availability of transmission system.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor in (Electronics/Communication) or Equivalent
• 2-3 years experienced in the fields of Optical Fiber Network Operations & maintenance
