Executive Officer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and executive support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other necessary tools.
  • Assist in material costing and project costing, including cost breakdowns, comparisons, and summaries.
  • Analyze quotations, vendor prices, and project-related costs to support management approvals.
  • Maintain and update costing sheets, project budgets and related accounting records.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, and Operations teams to gather costing and pricing data.
  • Prepare management reports related to costs, budgets, and project performance.
  • Handle communication with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience in an executive support, costing, or analytical role will be
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for costing and analysis.
  • Good understanding of material costing and basic project cost analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
