About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive OSP Planning professional to join our team. In this role, you will review, finalize, and optimize ODN designs for large-scale FTTH projects and urgent commercial requirements, ensuring top-quality network planning using the best industry practices. You will also manage databases, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review & finalize ODN designs prepared by contractors.
• Verify BoQs and recommend budget loading based on approved designs.
• Apply strong GPON & OSP implementation knowledge.
• Maintain project trackers and detailed records.
• Coordinate with survey & design teams for optimal ODN component selection.
• Verify BoMs against locked ODN designs.
• Use design tools like ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Google Earth.
• Provide technical support to deployment, planning, and operations teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3 years in FTTH/OSP planning & design.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, CS, or Engineering.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of FTTH network design & deployment models.
• Familiarity with industry challenges & technological advancements.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth, & MS Office.
• Excellent coordination & teamwork skills.
