EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF

Executive Pastry Chef – Fine Dining & Central Kitchen

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead our fine dining pastry program and central kitchen bakery operations. This role oversees plated desserts, artisan breads, viennoiserie, and large‑scale pastry production across multiple outlets, ensuring luxury standards and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all pastry & bakery operations (fine dining + central kitchen)
  • Create refined dessert menus and standardized recipes
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across outlets
  • Manage, train, and develop the pastry team
  • Control food costs, inventory, and production planning
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Requirements

  • 7+ years pastry experience, including senior leadership
  • Strong background in fine dining and central kitchen production
  • Expertise in plated desserts, chocolate, viennoiserie, and breads
  • Strong leadership, organization, and cost‑control skills
