Executive Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Female Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Study Trip Advisors (STA). The role involves managing the Director’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements while ensuring smooth daily operations. The candidate must be organized, well-presented, and willing to travel frequently (locally & internationally).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and communications.
  • Coordinate with agents, partners, and students.
  • Arrange and accompany on local/international travel.
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Female, under 25 years.
  • Excellent English & Urdu communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable, punctual, and responsive.
  • Proficient in MS Office & email communication.
  • Willing to travel and flexible with timings.
