We are seeking a highly capable, service-oriented Executive / Personal Assistant to support two high-level principals in Austin, Texas. This is a true EA/PA hybrid role that touches every aspect of the principals’ lives and requires someone who is proactive, grounded, and willing to do whatever is needed to keep things running smoothly. This is a hands-on and boots-on-the-ground role, working closely with the broader support team across the nation. You will be the day-to-day right hand locally, ensuring both business and personal priorities are executed seamlessly.
The right person will bring a “no task too small” mindset , strong organizational instincts, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach. This role runs the gamut from high-level executive support to hands-on household and lifestyle management. We are seeking someone who has a high taste-level, someone who takes incredible pride in the small details that make things special, and someone who is both naturally service-oriented and enjoys being a go-to-resource. This is for someone who truly wants longevity with a high-performing team and significant impact.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities for both principals
• Provide daily printed schedules, briefing materials, and meeting prep
• Track action items and follow-ups across meetings and business initiatives
• Manage personal scheduling and lifestyle logistics
• Handle errands and day-to-day needs (from coordinating vendors to taking the dog to the vet)
• Ensure the household and daily operations stay organized and running efficiently
• Step in wherever needed to make life easier for the principals
• Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries in partnership with broader team
• Travel with the principals as needed (up to ~25%), including internationally
• Provide hands-on support while traveling, including event and guest support
• Assist with hosting needs, from preparing spaces to supporting service during gatherings
• Pitch in during events in a hands-on way (serving, setup, coordination with staff)
• Ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience
• Keep systems, lists, contacts, and trackers organized and up to date
• Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
• Be comfortable jumping in on anything from logistics coordination to hands-on projects
Ideal Candidate
• 3+ years of experience supporting executives, founders, or UHNW individuals
• True EA/PA experience with comfort handling both business and personal support
• Highly service-oriented with a positive, no-ego approach
• Hands on and leads by example
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Calm, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
• Clear communicator who can be direct, efficient, and respectful
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes unpredictable environment
• Tech savvy with MS Office, Google Suite, Slack, and openness to AI tools
Please note this is an in-office role in Austin, 5 days/week
Salary commensurate with experience: $100,000–$120,000
