Executive (Pharma)

DVAGO Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive – Supply Chain (Pharma) to manage and optimize the supply chain operations for pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for pharma products
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability
• Analyze demand forecasts and plan supply accordingly
• Ensure efficient warehouse and distribution operations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and prepare supply chain reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, and finance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain (preferably retail/pharma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
