Job Responsibilities:
Research, identify databases & collaborate with coworkers to achieve project goals.
Identify new sales opportunities & conduct customer visits.
Analyze user data needs & implement automated processes.
Review workflows, system capabilities, and scheduling limitations.
Prepare & analyze reports to support business operations.
Handle projects, present results, and meet deadlines effectively.
Document business & technical requirements.
Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations, forms, templates, and logic functions.
Ensure data confidentiality & maintain database integrity.
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
Create cross-functional reports to meet client needs.
Manage compliance, escalations, audits, and data analytics.
Extract, filter, and aggregate data using logical queries/programming.
Develop data layouts (tables, charts, graphs, heat maps, process flow diagrams).
