Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
  • Coordinate board meetings and executive-level presentations
  • Draft and review official correspondence in Arabic and English
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive company information
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (local & international) including visas and protocols
  • Liaise with VIP clients, and business partners
  • Prepare reports, briefing notes, and meeting minutes
  • Follow up with department heads on action plans and deadlines
  • Support strategic projects and special assignments from the CEO

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate and government processes
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office & digital systems
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced executive environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Experience in UAE corporate environment is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
