Executive Secretary - Female

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Monitor deadlines, priorities, and task progress on behalf of the executive
  • Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and reimbursement claims
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Support senior management in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Screen visitors and manage executive office protocols
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and government authorities when required
  • Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and official documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality and integrity
  • Assist in event planning, board meetings, and corporate functions
  • Conduct basic research and compile data for decision-making support
  • Track office supplies and coordinate administrative support services
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
