Executive Secretary – Personal Assistance & Daily Task Management (Remote)

We’re hiring on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support daily operations and assist with personal and professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders
  • Coordinate communications and follow-ups
  • Assist with task tracking, documentation, and reporting
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily priorities with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with email, calendar tools, and task management platforms
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Prior experience in executive assistance or secretarial roles preferred

Availability:

Flexible, with responsiveness during core business hours (EST preferred)
