Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience at Derma.pk by providing prompt, friendly, and efficient support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve product-related issues and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to management to improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about our products and services to offer accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer service software.
• Must be located in or near Bahria Town, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
