Job Purpose:
Drive sales growth and expand business opportunities for MEDICAL TOURISM AND homecare services by building strong client relationships, generating leads, and developing strategic partnerships across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for MEDICAL TOURISM homecare services
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and corporate clients
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Track sales performance, client data, and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with medical, marketing, and finance teams to ensure service alignment
- Ensure compliance with DHA, MOH, HAAD, and healthcare regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development (healthcare or homecare preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of homecare/healthcare industry trends
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
Working Hours & Availability:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Duty Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with lunch break)
- Availability: Must be available to attend calls after duty hours, on off days and during holidays as we operate in the healthcare industry
- Flexibility: Willingness to work beyond duty hours or on off days in case of emergencies or duty requirements
- Joining: Immediate
