Experienced Personal Female Butler

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Female Butler to join a distinguished household. As a Butler, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the residence, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality at all times. Your experience in managing daily household activities, overseeing staff, and providing impeccable service will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-end service and hospitality to all residents and guests, maintaining discretion, elegance, and a proactive approach.
• Oversee the daily running of the household, ensuring all operations are smooth and efficient.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including formal dinners, parties, and other special occasions.
• Manage household staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and cooking teams, ensuring they follow schedules and standards.
• Handle laundry, wardrobe management, and personal care tasks for the household.
• Maintain and care for fine art, antiques, and personal belongings.
• Run errands, handle correspondence, and manage household supplies and inventory.
• Be on-call to assist with ad-hoc requests and any last-minute changes.
• Ensure the household is always impeccably presented, from rooms to guest accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Butler, House Manager, or similar high-end hospitality role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of high-end etiquette, service protocols, and formal dining.
• Experience managing a team and providing leadership in a household setting.
• Ability to work discreetly, with a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
• A polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Fluent in English

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in high-net-worth households or luxury estates.
• Knowledge of culinary arts, fine wine, or event planning.
• First Aid or other relevant certifications.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
