Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Consultant with a proven track record in property sales and client advisory. The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-value transactions with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and legal procedures
• Manage and promote exclusive property listings across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes
• Stay informed about new developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• UAE real estate license required or willingness to obtain one
• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented
