As an Export Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting international sales operations, handling client coordination, and ensuring efficient processing of export shipments for surgical instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of overseas clients and export orders.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping paperwork.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely shipments.
- Communicate with international customers regarding order progress and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and export transactions.
- Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of export procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
