Export Assistant Manager

As an Export Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting international sales operations, handling client coordination, and ensuring efficient processing of export shipments for surgical instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of overseas clients and export orders.
  • Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping paperwork.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely shipments.
  • Communicate with international customers regarding order progress and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and export transactions.
  • Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good understanding of export procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
