We are hiring an Export Consultant to support and guide our export operations, strengthen compliance, and accelerate global business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise management on international market expansion strategies .
- Ensure all export documentation, trade compliance, and customs regulations are properly managed.
- Conduct market research to identify potential overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Provide guidance on INCOTERMS, Letters of Credit, shipping documentation, and trade financing.
- Support the export team in coordinating logistics, shipping schedules, and timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on international trade laws, tariffs, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and resolving export-related challenges.
- Train and mentor the internal team on best practices for global trade operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Export Consultant, Export Manager, or similar role in manufacturing/export industry.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs clearance, and international trade laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and market research skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with furniture export markets in Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and beyond.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, trade portals, and export documentation software.
- Strong network of international buyers, agents, or distributors (preferred).
